Here, families can find all necessary information for forms, fees, and uniforms. We accept online payments, and you can may contact the main office with all other questions or concerns.

Fees & Online Payments
CICS-Wrightwood has transitioned to Omella, a secure, easy-to-use online payment platform that makes submitting school payments more convenient for families.
We are cashless. You can make full or partial payments using the payment links below or by bringing a check or money order to the school office. Once your payment is submitted online, a receipt will be emailed to the address you provide during checkout. Please allow several business days for your payment to be reflected in PowerSchool. For additional inquiries, please reach out to the main office at (773) 434-4575.
Please note the following important details:
Credit Card Processing Fees – A processing fee applies to payments made by credit card.
Fee-Free Payment Option – To avoid credit card processing fees, select Bank Transfer to pay directly from your checking or savings account. This option is available on both computers and mobile devices.
How to Pay by Bank Transfer
- Select Bank Transfer on the payment page.
- Follow Plaid’s secure setup process to connect your bank account.
Optional Tip – Omella is partially funded through optional tips. Tipping is not required.
Wrightwood online Payments
Optional Payments Note: You can only submit payment for one item at a time. If you’d like to pay multiple item fees, you will need to make multiple transactions. You will also need to select which item your payment is going towards in the ‘Fee Type’ drop-down in the Custom Section of the payment page.
CICS Wrightwood Uniform Expectations
Students are expected to be in full uniform unless otherwise instructed by school personnel. Depending on the level of the uniform infraction, students may temporarily be removed from class until it is corrected. CICS-Wrightwood’s Navy Blue or blank (no logos) navy blue sweaters are allowed to be worn over the uniform shirt during the school day. All other items will be requested to be removed.
K-7th Grade Students
are expected to wear Navy Blue CICS Wrightwood Polo and Tan Khaki pants. Students are encouraged to wear business shoes where the students’ heels are exposed.
8th Grade Male Students
are expected to wear a white collared shirt and tan khaki pants with their tie that is distributed at our “Tied to Greatness” event.
8th Grade Female Students
are expected to wear a white CICS Wrightwood polo and tan khaki pants or a CICS Wrightwood skirt.
gym uniform
Students are allowed to wear yellow CICS-Wrightwood gym shirts and navy-blue sweatpants. No other color sweatpants may be worn. Students should not wear school polo shirts with gym sweatpants or gym shirts with school khakis.

- Sandals and/or Slides
- Non CICS Wrightwood Sweaters
- Leggings Worn Alone as Pants (Must Be Worn Under a Skirt or with a Shirt That Properly Covers the Student)
- Skirts More Than 4 Inches Above the Knee
- Ripped Jeans
- Sagging Pants That Expose Undergarments
- No Tank Tops or Cropped Shirts That Expose the Midsection
- Head Garments Such as Hats, Head Coverings, or Oversized Head Decorations (Exceptions for Medical or Religious Purposes Are Approved on a Case-By-Case Basis)
expectations for dress down days
Students are allowed to dress down on designated days but must follow school dress code or suffer temporary loss of dress down privileges.
- Students may not wear tight or revealing clothing such as leggings (worn as pants), catsuits, bodysuits, etc. If a skirt is worn it should be appropriate length (no more than 4 inches above the knee).
- No students should wear ripped jeans exposing the thigh or sagging pants.
- Shoes must have a closed toe and may not expose the feet. Sandals, slides, crocs are not allowed.
- No offensive material is to be displayed on any clothing items. Items will be requested to be removed.
- Students should not wear tanks or shirts that expose their chest or midsection.
